Where to start... Firstly, the pay is commissioned base even for a non-sales role such as mine. Secondly, the 'project manager' role isn't truly project management. It's a sales/marketing role. They avoid talking about pay when they speak over the phone during interview stage (that's always a red flag, news Grads!), the CEO is used as a way to convince people to accept an offer with commission. On top of commission-based pay, employees are 'self-employed' which means you get NO employee benefits such as a pension, paid holidays, paid sick days and other protections for employees. This basically means there are hardly any benefits to working here. There are no steady pay or safety nets. So if you like low pay and no employee benefits this is the role for you.
The CEO will say this is an 'entrepreneur' role, it's not. You do not have ownership in the business, you're working for someone else 9-5 with none of the securities that go along with being an employee. I usually don't post reviews but it's important for new graduates who are the main targets of this pyramid scheme. They are always advertising roles due to workers leaving all the time, the turn over rates are high. The CEO is unsympathetic with a bad attitude. Beware!
