      Pros

      Company culture is casual yet ambitious. Lots of positive reinforcement, firsthand experience with cutting-edge tech, and the kind of problem solving that makes you sharper no matter where you end up. Most of the staff have been here longer than seven years. When people aren't leaving, that tells you everything you need to know.

      Cons

      Nothing that overshadows how solid this place is.

      If you're looking for a job in IT, look no further. For context, I have never worked a job in IT and was lucky enough to have an opportunity to work here. In that time I've learned so much, and it's all thanks to the amazing culture and coworkers here at Pravis. I'm grateful to be working at a company that actually cares about their employees, and I look forward to moving up as I sharpen my skills.
