- Use GTalk to communicate, if you reply late, somehow it will be a horror show. "HELLO...!!!" ARE YOU THERE??? YES/NO??????? Something like that will decorate your chat pane...
- Bosses always use bad words and arrogant.
- Underpaid, but they think they have paid us in a very large amount.
- Incompetent managers
- Working hours is totally against what is written in the contract. You will be contacted during your holiday or outside the working hours. Working like 10 hours++ everyday but the bosses still think it is still not enough. You will be called, emailed, even on public holiday/annual leave.
- Treat us like slaves/factory workers
- Distrust from the management
- Job description is not matched, you will be given various tasks which is not part of your job. But if you make mistake, BOOOM... It will get into a termination. No matter how long and how good you are.
- Cut my contract just like that
- Many people left the company (either resigned or terminated)
- Bosses never listen to employees, they are always right, and have the rights to sudden termination, one sided.
- Working from home, but worse than working from an office. You will never have time to go to the bathroom, never have time to make a cup of coffee, etc. If bosses look for you and you reply late (says 2 minutes late) then they will think you are working for something else.
- Increase?? Forget it... It's just a dream... Stingy bosses, they count every pennies...
- Intimidation everyday...
- Seniority, bullying, etc
