Cons
As friends, the management team is very friendly. But in their role, they are not very effective. Imagine having your contract discontinued in just three days—how could we possibly survive? The CEO also tends to micromanage. Instead of consulting the supervisor, he directly asks entry-level employees to prove their abilities.
