      - Collaborative Environment: I really enjoy the supportive and inclusive work culture that encourages teamwork, open communication, and shared success. - Growth Opportunities: I can unlock my full potential with ample opportunities for professional development, skill enhancement, and career advancement. - Work-Life Balance: This is the first time in my life, working with a healthy work-life balance. I can prioritize my well-being with flexible work arrangements and comprehensive leave policies. - Salary Increment, Other Benefit & Employee Wellness Programs: This is why I love Populix more and more. - Fun and Celebrations: I experienced a vibrant and enjoyable work atmosphere with regular team-building activities!! <3

      While our company has many strengths, one potential drawback is that it's very rare to meet and get to know other team members face to face, not virtually :D

      1. WFA 2. Insurance, reasonable coverage to all family member 3. Wellness allowance 4. Development allowance 5. Approachable management and overall internal team 6. Transparent performance appraisal process, even though they have to calibrate it to make it reasonable and match the overall company's performance. 7. Supportive colleagues and HR, they will keep monitor and ensure you can pass the probation.

      Cons

      Minimum control, we have to be more proactive to be seen.

      Pros

      - Young and smart C-level with very positive energy, great listener and trustworthy. Honestly I dont understand the negative review here. It was very childish review and most employees in Populix know the truth on what truly happened. - Great benefits package; premium insurance, wellness allowance that can be use for gym membership or to buy sports equipment, flexible working hours, full WFA (working from anywhere), training allowance, etc. - Real bonus and salary increment based on Performance review twice a year.

      Cons

      Full WFA sometimes makes us missed face to face interaction. However, company have budget for team engegament once a month.
