      Pros

      Pays peanuts, at least better than nothing right?

      Cons

      Over promise and under deliver is this company's motto. Pays low for the amount of work you do, with a promise of a review that constantly gets pushed back. Very unprofessional with egotistic management playing favourites. No company culture, lots of gossiping and two-faced toxic people.

      Family run business, hard work ethic throughout and constant drive from the top to keep achieving more. Strong belief in promoting employees to higher roles, through experience.

      Cons

      Lack of efficient bonus scheme in place. Sometimes can feel micromanaged. Organisation of jobs can be improved.
