Pros

-Hard working employees that will go above and beyond to make sure everything is done. - If pay is kept at hourly, you have the chance to make a lot more since working 15-18 hour days is the norm. -The location is in Bell Town, so a lot of restaurant locations. -Company cellphone (Phone calls start at 5am typically)

Cons

-Long hours -Always on call -CEO is intense (expect to be yelled at or see people cry) -No work life balance -Travel extensively (from 5 days to 3 weeks, no days off or comp days) -Tension between departments -Worked to the bone with no light at the end of the tunnel (one project ends only for the next to start) -High turn-over -No growth within the company -No real HR department -No managers (CEO is the manager) -Bullying by upper management -Bonuses are not guaranteed, and you won't receive fair feedback as to why you're not receiving your full bonus -No paid parking -High stress

Pros

They have a lot of great ideas, you get to travel and the office is stocked with snacks.

Cons

Be ready to be judged by a personality test, which will also dictate the type of work they will give you. There are no reviews or even discussion of raises, even if you are reliable and deliver results. They will speak of growth but they don't mean upward mobility or advancement. Management will often take your ideas and launch them without consulting you and take credit for them. They don't trust their employees to fully own their projects, they will step in and belittle you if you didn't read their minds instead of using it as a teaching opportunity. The door is constantly revolving with a 60% turnover rate.

Pros

None. Maybe they make up for incompetence with pretzels and good snacks.

Cons

Completely ADD management. One week to the the next you have to change protocol. Ridiculous. It’s hard to come into a job where people are constantly walking out. Get used to it. It’s a daily event. The business theory changed literally week to week. Slow down. Start looking at people at not just your newest business self help book. Listen. Stop talking so much. I’ve never in my professional life, had such a high level management be so random and misaligned with each other . People want to hold on to their jobs so they subsist under this tyrannical person. I get it. I could not do it. Pretty sickening to be honest.
