The business theory changed literally week to week. Slow down. Start looking at people at not just your newest business self help book. Listen. Stop talking so much. I’ve never in my professional life, had such a high level management be so random and misaligned with each other . People want to hold on to their jobs so they subsist under this tyrannical person. I get it. I could not do it. Pretty sickening to be honest.
