      The teams I work with daily are great and all want to contribute to the mission and support other teams as they do so.

      Bad work life balance due to overcommitment to future tasks by high high up leadership.

      Salary and bonuses are fair

      Cons

      Culture is toxic from the top down. Micro management from the CEO, who enables his direct reports to do the same. CEO and Exec Chairman does not value Finance and HR (which no longer exists). They are only looking out for themselves and the money they'll make if the company is sold.
