Super smart and relatable people. You will learn new things here. It is a laid back environment with plenty of mutual trust and respect. As it is still a somewhat small company, you will wear many technical and professional hats which is great for career growth.
Cons
Long hours and being assigned multiple tasks leads to burnout.
