Very heavy on the social and office politics side, you must learn to mingle with your teammates and boss, and know when to not stick your head into drama, several coworkers were fired/quit because of office drama. Sometimes for them it's more important to get along than to do the work the right way.

Uses extremely obsolete tools. Has the capacity to develop great things, but does 0 inversion in Internal tools. Time reporting is usually a nightmare with 3+ different applications to track time in, and keeping them in Sync is usually a headache. Training is usually lacking, offering English as the ONLY decent learning option. You have to fight even for a RAM Upgrade during weeks on end, running tests outside your working hours, etc.
