The company's 4.1/5 rating surprises me. They really push their employees, shuffling them around different managers and roles until you're left wondering where you belong. Lots of people come and go because the pay and perks aren't great. They hide the benefits during interviews, and suddenly you're hit with a big chunk of your paycheck going to long-term disability. When they let people go, they don't follow the ESA rules properly. Sometimes you're working crazy late fixing their faults, mistakes, and other times, you're just stuck at your desk, bored out of your mind. The engineers try to speak up about workload, but nobody listens, so they pass the pressure down the ladder.
