Pros

Almost every manager is incredibly supportive and the culture is very team oriented. Thankfully it is not one of those forced "we're a family here" toxic workplaces, but like actually just feeling a natural comradery with everyone just from the many different team chats and department-wide chats and email help-lines there's always someone you can go to for help. Not overly corporate-speak heavy, most people just talk like normal humans, very refreshing for a "corporate" type job. Every loan is like a puzzle, and if you like puzzles you'll love this job, it's rewarding to finally get a difficult loan to close.

Cons

While there has been no mandatory OT so far, often it can feel like if you don't stay late a few times a week you'll fall behind, though I think that may just be the nature of the job, not inherent to PHL.

Pros

work from home, equipment provided good schedule, opportunity for overtime, pay is 15th and last day of mth, w/ remote stipend lots of paid holidays off and early release days

Cons

Training is not on par w/ what is expected once you hit the floor. QA is not consistent; often don't know about changes until they ding you. incentive is barely there and if dept as a whole does not meet, everyone loses out..annual reviews take mths to be done if you have an emergency, like kid in accident, you still get a ding against you,

Pros

Pays Salary, OT, Commission and matches 401k - 4%. Good health benefits. Upper management was great.

Cons

Direct management in my department was new, somewhat immature. But like most companies, they have great people and not so great people. Heavy on left-wing politics and morale was low.

Thank you so much for taking the time to not only share what we’re doing right, but where we can improve. We’ll pass along that feedback to leadership. We’re so glad you shared it.
