Good salary, with the flexibility to work remotely
Cons
The good salary is the only bright spot. There's a lot of work, high pressure, and the boss has a rigid management style. The bosses don't understand the roles well, they just impose unrealistic targets and push employees to chase after them. Poor communication from the boss, a toxic culture, frequent outbursts, and they force employees to work overtime.

The payment is good, the only good thing actually.
Cons
The founders are extremely micromanaging, often panicking easily. The direction changes every two weeks, and they also cannot keep their word. There are too many meetings, and although the hardware systems aren’t ready, they always blame the staff. Overall, the product is bad. Please do not consider this a good place to work or join.
