      Best In Class Product, But time for new higher management.

      Pros

      1. Best in class software. 2. Amazing company culture, very passionate team 3. Great recognition from the market + clients who adore the software. 4. Strong Friendships among colleges 5. fascinating use cases 6. Technology is actually changing the world. 7. Flexible working environments.

      Cons

      1. Strategy is convoluted. 2. Terrible internal communication 3. Incompetent middle management and higher management 4. No Trust between higher management and employees 5. Low Salary - company keeps saying "they have acknowledged this" but because of this, talented employees leave quickly, and very experienced people that younger employees can learn from do not exist. 6. No tech culture - no food in office/perks. 7. Bonus was less than what we were promised.

      Pros

      The company has a good name, so for your future employers, it would be a good thing that you worked there. Nice colleagues, really good people.

      Cons

      Salary lower than the market, and no one gets pay raises, so your only chance to make a step in your career is to go somewhere else. At the end of the year, Pix4D performs a charade they like to call "performance evaluation", just to put pressure on employees. No employee benefits from it, no pay raise at all will follow. They will just take advantage of the announced "evaluation" to push everyone to work extra hours without complaining, and employees get just nothing

      Great product, horrible management

      Pros

      Very good product, industry leader when it comes to the technology itself. You are empowered to work on many different things and take on a breadth of opportunities.

      Cons

      Management didn't evolve as quickly as the company has. A lot of inexperienced mid-level managers who don't know what they are doing, with toxic management style.
