Pros

The company has a good name, so for your future employers, it would be a good thing that you worked there. Nice colleagues, really good people.

Cons

Salary lower than the market, and no one gets pay raises, so your only chance to make a step in your career is to go somewhere else. At the end of the year, Pix4D performs a charade they like to call "performance evaluation", just to put pressure on employees. No employee benefits from it, no pay raise at all will follow. They will just take advantage of the announced "evaluation" to push everyone to work extra hours without complaining, and employees get just nothing

Pros

We are very well able to balance work and personal lives and be ourselves in the workplace. This is heavily promoted. We are also heavily empowered and encouraged to be autonomous in our roles which is nice.

Cons

Communication barriers such as time delays with a team based in the EU make for frustrations. US Management will often second guess themselves because even they are left in the dark with Europe team.

Pros

- Benefits with "options." - Travel opportunities - Easy access to HR - Solid client base (huge opportunity for comp) - Forum to share feedback (heard or not) - Good people overall

Cons

- Lower salary (industry-based) - Micro Managing Environment - Compartmentalized Corp Structure (C-Level) - No clear SOP's across all markets - Quota target and comp confusing and frequently changed - No clear career path for new hires. - Leadership turnover with aggressive tactics on rep levels - muddled tech stack (internal v/ external)
