      -Learned a lot about the industry very quickly -Promoted very quickly -Snacks -Loved working with clients

      Cons

      -Owner is controlling and manipulative and heavily focused on constantly expanding business without consideration for how it affects employees or quality of care -Management can be disorganized -If you ask any questions or give anything they see as pushback, prepare to be berated and insulted -Underpaid

      - Very supportive management and supervision. - Always encouraging to create new groups, programs, or get involved in established ones. - Willing to accommodate and meet employee desires

      Cons

      - Virtually no activities to support workplace culture. - Low volume of clients for externs - though I still met my hours. - Mostly low acuity clients

      Pros

      -Atmosphere is overall good -The pay is good for supervisors -Hours are extremely flexible -Monthly wellness bonus is a plus -Group supervision (free) -Benefits are offered -Admin is amazing and is there to support you every step of the way

      Cons

      -Pay for supervisees is not great but is fair -With the amount that admin tries to support, sometimes communication can get muddled and confusing -The benefits are pretty much fully paid by the employee
