-Pay for supervisees is not great but is fair -With the amount that admin tries to support, sometimes communication can get muddled and confusing -The benefits are pretty much fully paid by the employee

-Learned a lot about the industry very quickly -Promoted very quickly -Snacks -Loved working with clients

-Owner is controlling and manipulative and heavily focused on constantly expanding business without consideration for how it affects employees or quality of care -Management can be disorganized -If you ask any questions or give anything they see as pushback, prepare to be berated and insulted -Underpaid
