None, really not applicable for this misleading and fraud company.
Cons
1. Not a software development company, it's only a side business for a staffing company. 2. No employee benifits. 3. More of a staffing company, they ask you for your marksheets and certificates as a collateral and freshers who are naive and desperate provide it. 4. They have a scheme for giving fake experience certificates under a fake companies name ( e-solutions) for some money. 5. Depending upon the money they'll give you experience letters. Note: Freshers please be carefull as they will mail you with job offers, take an interview and give feedback in terms of poor knowledge and recommend to join their courses and push for fake certificates.
