      Wonderful Team - But "specific" senior management

      Pros

      The team you work with is wonderful. Starting from a junior to a team lead - always great people. Everyone is always happy to help, and in case of their own screw-ups and stupidities, no one will judge you or point a finger at your mistakes in the bad sense of this expression.

      Cons

      But if we consider the narrow-minded management, for example, Strazhdin, then he doesn't care about your work, your successes in the project, saying this directly to your face, which is quite demotivating.
