Teams of friendly people that are a pleasure to work with. Social events.

Outdated frameworks and methodologies that constantly have to be worked around Lack of real QA testing means constant issues in live Constant disconnect between management and the teams - teams are constantly told how badly they are performing and how urgent everything is all the time and there seems to be no real direction or guidance to fall back on that doesn't lead to the same problems over and over.
