Pros

The holiday pay is more than fare but that is the extent of their generosity since the operational takeover by Cineworld. There are career opportunities but only if you don't express any opinions of your own.

Cons

A bullying, fear-mongering atmosphere exists which trails from the top of the company to the bottom.

Pros

Free movies are good, perks are ok

Cons

I don't know where they find their management staff but the majority are awful. Most are rude and on their own little power trip. Multiple staff fired over things that should be a written warning at most. Major concerns raised about management are often completely ignored by head office. They've also pretty much stopped showing indie films which takes away from the original message of the company. Don't pay the living wage, while the CEO earns millions a year
