Pros

NONE, Literally no pros, they are horrible.

Cons

1. The Founder exhibits highly toxic behavior, frequently micromanaging every aspect of the company. He often resorts to abusive language towards employees, creating a hostile work environment. 2. During festive seasons, employees are required to pack boxes instead of hiring daily wage workers or laborers. They are forced to work 17-18 hours a day with no additional compensation, and are subjected to more verbal abuse instead of appreciation. The higher management lacks any independent voice or opinion, merely supporting whatever the Founder says or does. They contribute nothing constructive to the company and do not advocate for employees. 3. Compensation is inadequate, with employees not being paid fairly for their work. 4. The office is located in an industrial area, which is particularly unsafe for women due to the lack of commuting options after 5 PM. Employees must walk 2 kilometers to find decent transportation, posing a significant safety risk. 5. Kanpur, the city where the company is based, is extremely polluted and generally unsafe for women. Despite this, employees are pressured or manipulated into staying in this location. 6. There is no opportunity for career growth within the company. 7. The work environment is rife with extreme gaslighting, further damaging employees' mental health. 8. Frequent inappropriate comments are made about employees' bodies and clothing, contributing to a toxic and uncomfortable atmosphere. 9.The men in the R&D team often engage in inappropriate conversations, including casual discussions about sexual topics, which creates a highly uncomfortable environment for others. 10. The higher management is ineffective and fails to address or rectify any of these issues, making them a complete failure in their roles.

Pros

Interesting Projects, decent timeline for the work

Cons

The list can keep going, the workplace itself is in such a secluded area. They promise people to shift to Delhi centre soon but once people join that never happens. The CEO himself is so rude and has some superiority complex. He shouts and acts vigorous. The culture is suppressing, if you act inferior they'll keep pushing you down. Out of everything the worst part is the way they talk, with such disrespect. Not just the CEO but the other people with such high position also talks down. If you don't want your morale broken and feel disrespected every now and then save yourself. Most of the team left because of what happened to them or their peers.
