      Good place to Work unfortunately with a Few Toxic people !!!!

      Pros

      It is a nice workplace where you can get exposure to all development work. Salary is good. Hands-on experience from start to end. Some very good senior mentoring people Most people have climbed up the ladder to their current position

      Cons

      Toxic managers and individuals that go around spreading toxic influence against others It is a place with its own share of problems, no different from all other work environments. Unfortunately, the promotion of division is killing it.

      Pays well, only way that they can keep staff

      Cons

      Four story edifice of chaos, conflict, toxicity and nepotism. Accountability non-existent, communication very poor, rudderless, leaderless mess of unqualified, territorial individuals with little grasp of professionalism and competence. Don't make my mistake and ignore the warning signs, this place has nothing to offer you.

      Returned after graduating and was made redundant after a few months; not very honest about the state of the company when making a return offer
