Pros
One of the most fun places I've worked at ever. The people are amazing and everyday when coming into the office it actually feels like a tight knit family. There's also ample career opportunities and growth if you are looking to level up professionally via Career Planning sessions set by your manager. Good communication between Senior Management to Staff.
Cons
The regular growing pains of a fast growing company. On a positive side - if you embrace this, you can take ownership and create processes from within.
