      Potential but no follow through

      Pros

      Great people, cool offices, good environment.

      Cons

      Principals make promises to get people in the door and then there is absolutely no follow through to get designers on creative jobs. Turn over is really high because the level of projects are subpar. No continuity across company.

      Pros

      The (lofty) feel of the firm in general is positive. Cleanliness was always great. Justin is a pro and always willing to help.

      Cons

      The dogs are extremely distracting and will not stop barking and moaning. The pay was minimal. Some principal architects were never around, hence no direction. Office lacks initiative, network-ability and basic etiquette.
