No benefits long term overall

Safety only exists when managers talk about it. Deadlines mean more than the safety of workers. Most workers don't follow the rules and proper procedures so if you actually try to, you get pushed around for taking longer or taking the extra steps. The pay is abysmal too with almost no opportunity for advancement. Most of the supervisors are D bags and think their position has gone right to their heads.
