Pros are :- 1. 100% transparency in all the events of the company 2. Continuous feedback taken from employees and lot of measures taken immediately based on feedback 3. Highly supportive team members 4. Good tech stack 5. Lot of opportunity to learn new technologies 6. Best work-life balance 7. High growth of the company and very ambitious future plans 8. Management is very friendly
