      The most pathetic workplace ever!

      Honestly, nothing that I can think of!

      Cons

      Pathetic place to work. Absolutely no innovation or employee satisfaction. - Frequent all-nighters with nothing in return - 6 working day - No work from home policy - There is a 99% chance that you will be forced (yes!) to work even on leave and Sunday (No kidding!) - Frequent loud abuses and cuss words are hurled in office by some uncivilised employees, maintaining an unhealthy environment, especially for women employees. I wonder how can someone retain such an abusive and unprofessional employee. All positive reviews has been written by the senior management themselves, so please ignore those reviews. Please do not accept the offer (especially in tech) just because the company is willing to pay you good. Trust me, it's not worth it!

      The worst company I have worked for.

      Pros

      Honestly nothing. I try to have a positive mindset about everything but just can't find anything here.

      Cons

      CEO doesn't seem to care for employees really. Expects everyone to work like robots without giving much in return. HR lady is a joke. Everyone is just superficial. Use big words but do nothing. They do not even clear reimbursements in time. An employee has to book his own flight tickets and not expect payment for 4/5 months.

      Worst Management and worst Company.

      The idea is awesome, which would have solve a huge issue if executed perfectly.

      Cons

      Worst management ever. IIT's and NIT's doesn't make you a best entrepreneur. Worst thing about this company is that there is no innovation at all. Just have added all the fake reviews on play store. I don't know how the investor invested in these jokers. You guys are not solving the problem, you have created another problem. In my experience of 3 years as a software developer this company and their management is the worst. Don't do anything just for the sake of doing. Every day I feel like committing suicide. Fake people and fake company.
