- not a competetive salaray
- no people management, just "gut" feelings without any substance of knowledge
( "I don't like your way of working - you need to change!")
- not giving two hoops in hades about people themselfe
- no vision
- company politics and egos from the founders on daily basis

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate your input and we’re sorry that you had a negative experience with certain aspects of the company and it's management. It is really important to us that employees feel recognised and that they are able to progress. Moving forward, we have implemented a salary benchmark. We also started implementing a very clear description of the roles and the responsibilities and a learning budget for personal development. If you have any additional feedback that you would like to share, please don’t hesitate to contact us at hr@perdoo.com. Thanks again for your insight and we wish you all the best.
Friendly, diverse team who are always open to knowledge-sharing and collaboration. Founders offer a ton of autonomy, but are also available to coach when needed. Tech stack is great – company has really invested in the right tooling to help you do your best work. The product itself is really interesting. It's solving problems you'll definitely recognize from other organizations. And those problems aren't so easy to solve, so it's nice to be faced with challenging problems each day.
Cons
Small team isn't for everyone, but the autonomy and speed at which you can get things done is worth trying even for people who aren't used to smaller orgs.

Thanks for sharing your working experience with us! We are glad to hear you're having a positive one.
- Amazing people: everybody is really themselves and everyone is respected as they really are. HR does a great job.
- Transparency: there are monthly meetings to review the company's health and check what each team is developing.
- Challenging product: lots of business opportunities in the market, exciting challenge to take on in terms of product design.
- Constant feedback: bi-weekly 1:1s with managers and recurring formal feedbacks throughout the year. Also, the whole company is really open to constructive feedback in all directions.
- Flexibility: really ok to work from home or just take some days-off if needed. Everything is based on trust (really).
- Nice office: good location, structure, equipment, catered lunches, everything...
- Team retreats: they're really great! Lots of fun.
Cons
- Career plan: there's a lack of formality in this sense.
- Training: there's no budget for training or to attend conferences.
However, both of these topics are being addressed by the company.
