      Pros

      Work environment Company’s culture Great exit (acquisition by Ultimate Software in 2018 + Merger with Kronos in 2020) that needs to prove its worth Products are great - but need to be stabilized and need to follow innovations' trends Autonomy and flexibility are praised here Easy to collaborate on transversal projects Multicultural environment People > on top of all advantages I'd say.

      Cons

      Lack of visibility due to acquisition followed by merger - i guess this will change soon Products don't evolve as they should (lack of r&d and product resources?) Meritocracy sometimes lost to cronyism ; therefore management seems to be way too junior (also due to fast growing context).

      Great company to work for

      Pros

      Great fast growing company, great culture, great people. I joined PeopleDoc 2 years ago and I have nothing but good comments to make about it. Very friendly working atmosphere, supportive colleagues, interesting challenges.

      Cons

      Improvements can still be made on processes.
