      It's been 8months now working in PedalStart, it's been a great experience Obviously it's a startup so work pressure is on higher side but you get to learn a lot being here

      Great place to understand how startups actually function behind the scenes. Since it's founder-led, there’s strong transparency and you often get chances to step beyond your defined role. In a short time, I’ve picked up solid hands-on experience in venture capital, scaling strategies, and operations.

      Work-life balance can tilt more toward work during busy phases like cohort launches, but things get much more flexible once the cycle slows down.
