      Really good people working side by side with you, but they can be fired anytime. Remote work Paid laptop 20 days vacation/year Pays on time

      Cons

      no bonuses no training poor IT structure HR doesn't really address stuff, only ask you to rethink on how to solve whatever you asked them to travel plans shifted every week or so complete lack of documentation written procedures not follow by most of the team no internet reimbursement fly coach across continents
