Worst service platform

Pros

Nothing significant to note. Better options available elsewhere

Cons

Worst support I’ve ever experienced as a contributor/contractor. In my experience, interactions with contractor support felt like power trips and seemed to hold onto grudges rather than resolving issues constructively. Overall came across as petty and very unprofessional for an official support team.

Pros

The app is user-friendly and easy to navigate, both for sitters and pet owners. Booking, messaging, and calendar functions are smooth and well-integrated.

Cons

Pawshake takes a large commission from sitters, which significantly cuts into earnings. Even if you have over a dozen 5-star reviews, a single complaint—regardless of context—can lead to your account being deactivated without a proper investigation. There’s little to no support for sitters, even in cases where the pet owner behaves unreasonably. It feels like sitters are treated as disposable.
