Pros
Some of the employed therapists were very kind and knowledgeable. It taught me what I don't want in a job.
Cons
This is truly the worst boss I've ever worked for. He yelled, cussed, and belittled employees consistently. I saw how he continually pitted the therapists against each other. He asked inappropriate questions including what were my views on abortion. After I refused to answer, he said he would support it if his daughter was "gang banged". Any mistake he makes he blames on his employees.
