      Pros

      Stable salary and set schedule.

      Cons

      They work you to the bone. Paid salary yet expect you to work extra hours. Endless workloads. Lack of leadership. Men clearly get larger saleries and promotions compared to women. Very disappointed after 4 years of hard work and devotion. Time to move on.

      Pros

      Great data, good product, great people, great clients

      Cons

      Not a lot of people on the inside who have bought media and understand performance marketing. This makes it hard to innovate the product and sale as leadership and media buyers out there that use the product are not always on the same page.

      Pros

      Great colleagues and senior management. Very positive "growing" environment. Company goal is to add 2-3 new hires per month this year as we ramp up to 60+ employees by end of year. Product is 1st rate, marketing and product folks are very intelligent and focused. Love our BD, SDR and sales team. The SKY is the limit!
