      Pros

      Lots of room to grow if you want to be a broker.

      Cons

      Marketing department is non existent. Everyone fends for themselves. Notice how barely any of the Marketing Coordinators last more than a year or two.

      Pros

      Culture and leadership is great. There is ample opportunity to learn the industry and the business. They offer decent splits and provide you with more than enough resources to succeed - especially for a mid-size brokerage firm.

      Cons

      Con's like every brokerage shop - no benefits, 100% commission structure as a broker ect.
