- absolute minimum with regards to benefits or support
- not interested in keeping staff in NA; moving all services to India for "costly reasons"
Not sure about pros since I stayed for a month after they bought the company!
Cons
Beware! I worked at Xypro for five years. A great company, the best I worked for. PartnerOne bought Xypro and laid off 50% of the company employees! If PartnerOne bought your company, get ready and be prepared.
