      Pros

      There is a great company culture like no other. An extremely passionate and diverse group of people who are beyond just colleagues. Flexible working hours and a beautiful office space that allows for inspiration and motivation at work.

      Can have long working hours than normal but it's what comes with being apart of a start-up with global clients

      Shared experiences with friends in the company.

      Cons

      Bad culture. Inexperienced leadership, with nepotism and playing favorites. Unfair internal processes for all people. Harsh work environment that caused mental health issues for quite a few people. Lack of clear direction, vision, listening to staff and customers and a lot of micromanagement. Lot of staff turnover.
