      Interesting clients. Methodical approach to executive search. Very thorough knowledge base.

      Cons

      Little work life balance. Management could be significantly improved in the way they deliver feedback. Culture is lacking. Very little mentorship and guidance.

      The associates are helpful and easy to work with. The benefits package is solid.

      Cons

      The people leading the teams can be pushy demanding and unforgiving when mistakes are made. Managers and firm leaders play favorites and who likes you can determine how well you do or how much slack you are given. You are seen as expendable and many people have been treated that way,
