Pros
They have a relatively good share scheme that you have to buy into, although there has been talk of some people being conned out of their shares
Cons
Toxic workplace. Being a dev here is a nightmare, made even worse by contractors and a new director who’s woefully out of touch. The Peter principle is hard at work in P2G across all departments.

Staff help each other. Shares that have paid in the past.
Cons
Promises for pay rises to bring us up to date with the current market, only for an increase that doesn't cover inflation. Developers and managers have started to leave because of poor pay. Development work is now being outsourced because they can't hire.
