      Pros

      Stable hours, some teams are better than others

      Cons

      Weird culture; a bit of a "boy's club". The management believes employees should be grateful for being employed there, and at times it feels like stress is being manufactured on purpose. Bonus is close to non-existent, so make sure to negotiate base salary with that in mind.

      Pros

      There are no pros, very tense environment. Bunk of backstabbers.

      Cons

      Very clickish. Upper management only cares about themselves. They should be sued for age discrimination of some former employees. Lower tier employees expected to do more for less.

      The work was challenging, exciting and fun. Colleagues were competent and a great bunch of guys

      Instability. Financial issues and mismanagement finally led to liquidation of Isando Campus
