Pros
Homey feel, not in the crowded area of Jakarta, You will have experience a start-up like company even though the business is already spread all over Indonesia since the system is still growing and haven't been matured enough
Cons
Medical Benefits are poor, few Bonuses, lack of standard operational system, Public transport facility is horrendous, you are triggered to bring your own vehichle but very limited parking space.
