Pros

The co-workers were wonderful and kind.

Cons

Where do I even begin? My first red flag should have been the lack of communication or urgency when it came to Tyler Shore getting me onboarded into the job. Then when I finally started? I was given a Microsoft Word document with a few links to watch for my training and some meet and greets with some co-workers. They will lie to you about how much they are going to pay you until you go to sign the contract. They also don't let you know that you will be a contractor for a month and MUST close over 50% sales if you want to stay on. I got zero training from Tyler Shore who was supposed to be training me. When I spoke up to Chris Finn, the owner, he told me that "He shoved his size 14 shoe up Tyler's a** because he shouldn't be worrying about what revenue he is bringing in right now, it should be making sure I am trained and ready to go." I received a text from Tyler apologizing for "failing me" as a sales director, and that when he gets into town we are going to work one on one together to get things in order, and that he and chris were loving how I was doing so far. Tyler came into town and never took time to train me. He also was cherry picking clients off of my calendar that he knew would close. When I asked him about this he responded with "Well I was going to the airport and needed to fill my schedule." I continued to ask for constructive criticism and time with management to work on my pitch and see how I am doing and it was never provided. Tyler then called me on a Sunday to fire me because "I wasn't making the numbers they wanted" When I asked him how I was being held to a standard when I wasnt trained, he then told me the company doesnt have time for that, I also had text messages straight from Chris the owner, saying how he is so proud of me and my grind and that solidifies why he fired another member of the team. Tyler only cares about Tyler. He might be great as a sales member, but he is a TERRIBLE sales director and will do anything to keep himself on top, including lying about whether or not he took calls after they didn't close for him. And Chris, the owner will continue to do whatever Tyler wants because he's making him money. I was steadily bringing the company money, and I can see now by their new advertisment for my position, where they have now made it a measly 35-45k a year... It isn't worth it. You will not be valued there, and they will dump you like you are nothing. They also get pissed if you don't work after hours "Because they are a 'fast growing company' who needs people always ready" No work life balance. Beware. Oh also, if you're thinking of joining their programs, watch out. They will price gouge you. I also have proof of that as well. This company is clearly financially hurting and doing anything they can not to pay people and steal as much as they can from clients.

So much turnover

Pros

Coworkers were great to work with. Get to talk about golf

Cons

The company environment often felt in flux, with shifting priorities and evolving expectations that made it challenging to feel a sense of closure or recognition. Even when goals were met or projects were successful, the focus quickly turned to how things could be improved further, rather than taking a moment to celebrate the wins. Mistakes, while acknowledged as learning opportunities, added to the sense that the finish line was always moving. Team dynamics were often shifting due to high employee turnover, which presented challenges in maintaining consistent momentum and institutional knowledge. Also CEO would create new promotions/sales without really consulting staff. CEO/company not as great as what it appears on the outside
