Please take a note if the guy who is interviewing you calls you dude and bro in the first call. He himself is not professional or he tries to sound cool. So I think the candidate should get a better idea at the time of final interview only. But even if u join and starts working with him, you’ll get to know that he is full of himself and a big show-off. Please beware of such horrible bosses and companies, they don’t let you grow.
