Work culture is great, very supportive and no login, logout fixed timings its very flexible and they provide many benefits to the employee's like Complimentary foods like breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, 10L plus insurance coverage for you and your dependents, regular appreciations and awards, quarterly team outing, countless paid leave structures plus additional leave called snooze fest at every quarter. Cons
Layoffs happen suddenly without much prior
communication, which affects employee morals and job security. Long-term career stability feels uncertain. Why because they won't consider whether you are in probation or not and also they don't care about their reputation. I guess they are always focused on laying off employees at every year without fail and just portraits like regular hiring happens but in reality they are just playing games with employee's career. Also their product is horrible they are just very good at marketing in social media so in result having big gaint clients that's it.
