      Pros

      The company's overall work culture is decent. It follows sprint cycles. The office provides Breakfast, lunch and evening snacks. Saturdays are off (but still be prepared to work over the weekends) The office location is in the heart of the city, walkable distance from Kodambakkam station and a few bus stops nearby.

      Cons

      But the engineering team is mainly comprised of natives mostly from Chennai. So be prepared to learn Tamil for better assimilation in teams. Since India does not have law for severance pay, layoff happened out of blue and most of those ex-employees are still struggling. There's is no clear structure of code flow, since it's a startup rolling out new product. There's only 3 women developers (excluding QA) in the entire engineering team. Hence, be prepared to have little visibility over work and no role model.

      Amazing place to work!

      Pros

      Joined as a fresher, naturally I was nervous and wasn't sure what I was expected to do. But the people and the environment taught me so much. I can confidently say the person I am now versus a year back are two different people. The amount I have learnt and matured is immense.
