Pros

There were rookie trainings everyday in the office and there are various lead sources to purchase at your own cost. Some people are genuinely nice. :)

Cons

They take away $50 or deduct your leave (as they imposed a leave system) each day you were late for the mandatory rookie training in the morning. Some people there were toxic and snobbish. Directors and managers only value you if you are one of the top producers, otherwise they will talk down and find fault in you. They are very good salespersons so on the surface they sound nice at times, but they easily manipulate you in their conversations. If you let them know that you are thinking of leaving, they will immediately drop all relationship you have built with them just like that.

Pros

Open concept office. Very chill and can work with friends. Amazing PA manager. Near to MRT and Newton Food Centre. Some FCs are friendly.

Cons

No pay progression after working for a year with them (having to juggle between school and work even more). The boss is fake and a huge show-off, very snobbish. I remember how only full-timers/FCs/Interns are allowed to eat from the catered buffet at events, not part-timers. They treat PAs like slaves and show no appreciation for them. You're pressured to take on more responsibilities outside your comfort zone (e.g., cold calling) and are tricked with incentives. The so-called Zero Mistake Bonus is basically a scam. Many people there dress nicely but somehow talk like hooligans. Some openly scold their PAs in front of everyone. There are no office etiquettes, like putting their legs up on the table. They have that "We are family" mindset...as long as you're a high-achieving FC.

Pros

Flexible timing, pretty much go in before the start of public holidays

Cons

No one would really speak to you unless it's your boss.
