      Pros

      Really great place to learn.I worked as a Dot Net developer and PL SQL developer from 2012-2015.Really enjoyed a lot in implementation and had great mentors.

      Cons

      The end users never understand that we are doing application development and not following any methodologies properly . Management never think to give some decent pay to the hardworking employees.

      1.Very less package 2.Internal users never understood that these people are efficient software professionals 3.Must explore external clients 4.As they have a standard architecture must open to create as a product and market it damn sure even MNCs doesn't have their quality
