Cross reporting, work pressure, inconsiderate management

Senior Management ran a tight ship. I was mostly intimidated by the screaming and reaction to simple mistakes. Clients are assigned on the basis of how rich you are and even then you are pitted against each other and senior management adds to the toxic culture. Back in the day, HR's job was company pictures and Diwali parties instead of training and development

No work life balance, senior management unstructured, some horrible male seniors who don’t know how to talk or behave. HR is clueless most of time

Extremely low work life balance Expectation to work on weekends & after hours everyday Upper management behaves like high school cliques with clear favourites they name Juniors who are favourites can walk all over you Unrealistic expectations given to clients & people expected to work on them beyond capacity Some really unsavoury people who have no tact on how to talk to people No standard SOPs or processes established for anything The buck never stops with the people it should stop with Extremely high attrition rate HR & upper management in cahoots and will provide with no solution on presenting a problem Highly negative vibes & atmosphere The list goes on and on

Senior management needs to be changed completely

The higher management is deeply toxic, with constant office politics and little to no regard for juniors. There’s an unspoken pattern where individuals are pushed to a point where they either resign themselves or are made to. Instead of guidance, fresh graduates are expected to have everything figured out from day one, with no real support system in place. At the same time, there’s a clear lack of accountability at senior levels. While some spend time scrolling or disengaged, the pressure and blame disproportionately fall on juniors when work isn’t delivered, often leading to unnecessary harassment rather than constructive feedback.
