Pros

I recently completed a year at PR Pundit and I can proudly say that there is no better place to start your PR career at. I can say this with confidence because I have friends who have been working at other agencies for over a year now and all they get to do is documentation and back-end work. Contrastingly, at PR Pundit, you are given the freedom to contribute in everything - from documentation to speaking with senior media, to developing strategies and PR plans from scratch. PR Pundit has really taught me how to multi-task as well as how to prioritise my work when I am dealing with 3 to 4 clients on a daily basis. For me, personally, a 'good job' really brightens the day, and trust me, the seniors here don't shy away from saying it (when you REALLY do a good job).

Cons

On certain occasions I feel that some of the seniors lack empathy - especially when there is a crisis situation. Work load can get to you sometimes and your efficiency gets a little hampered when you have multiple reporting managers.

Pros

Good clients Decent work load

Cons

Mostly only social media infleuncer work Mediocre work and people, low expectations in terms of quality of delivery Lazy employees and management Directors and operation heads, including HRs are the most horrible people you'll ever come across. They create a toxic workplace and treat employees like they're high-school principles and employees are stupid student. No sense of respect, hate the way they put down or scold employees and humiliate them in front of others. Horrible way of communication. Terrible people who always gossip in office and smoke and barely get any work done....all the people working have gotten too comfortable at the workplace and barely get good work done.. The recognition of PR Pundit is because of the glam clients and luxury clients they have. But don't be fooled. Most of then are for a contract or a short period, most of good brands may not be retainers. Most if their work is also influencer based, so if you want to learn actually PR, hard-core PR, this might not offer the best learning fkr you. But it's still decent in terms of the work you do, however the people and culture is very toxic..plus they don't bother even investing on decent laptops or anything.
